Delaney’s professional journey began in the arts. While studying Theater Arts at UCLA, she was placed under contract with CBS, launching a successful acting career. After the birth of her third child, she chose to devote her time fully to raising her family—an experience that shaped her perspective on the true meaning of home. As a mother of four and grandmother of five, Delaney brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal understanding of what home represents in people’s lives.
Over the course of her real estate career, Delaney has worked closely with custom builders, developers, investors, and design professionals, cultivating a strong understanding of architecture, construction quality, and aesthetic value. This experience allows her to look beyond surface appeal and advise clients on both the lifestyle and investment dimensions of a property.
