With nearly 200 properties sold throughout her career and a background that spans construction, archaeology, and historic preservation, Corigan brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge and a genuine appreciation for the places we call home.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Corigan established herself as a top-producing agent at her previous brokerage, guiding clients through transactions ranging from luxury estates and mountain retreats to urban lofts and first-time home purchases. Over 15 years, she has developed a reputation for navigating the complexities of real estate with experience, care, and an understanding that every property, and every client, has a unique story.
Her connection to homes began long before her real estate career. Working on construction sites building custom modern residences, Corigan gained firsthand experience with everything from concrete foundations and structural framing to intricate custom woodwork. Her curiosity about how people create and inhabit spaces eventually led her to earn a degree in anthropology and pursue a career in archaeology, studying prehistoric homes and cultures throughout the Utah desert.
That fascination continued into historic preservation, where she researched and surveyed architectural styles across the Salt Lake Valley. What might appear to be an
unconventional career path ultimately reflects a lifelong passion for architecture, design, sustainability, and the enduring relationship between people and the spaces they inhabit.
Affectionately known as the “House Doula,” Corigan approaches real estate with a philosophy that extends well beyond buying and selling property. She recognizes that a home is more than a physical structure. It is a place of belonging, a reflection of personal history, and the foundation from which life’s next chapters unfold.
