RealTrends Verified is one of the most trusted benchmarks in residential real estate, providing third-party verification of advisor and team production nationwide. For 2026, individual advisors qualify for national and state rankings by achieving at least 25 residential transaction sides or $10 million in residential sales volume, while teams qualify by achieving 40 residential transaction sides or $16 million in volume. For citywide rankings, individual advisors must achieve at least 15 residential transaction sides or $6 million in sales volume, while teams must achieve 25 residential transaction sides or $10 million in volume.
