Ventura, Cali., January 2, 2019 – LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) recently welcomed three all-star additions to the high-performing team of real estate professionals in Ventura – Anna Stephan, Laura Darrah and Shanoah Curran. The three new sales associates joined the firm in December.

Anna Stephan is a Ventura local and is proud of her understanding of what makes the Ventura community so special. From the beautiful beaches to the coffee shops and restaurants on Main Street, Ventura is a place that she is deeply connected to. Her love of both the coastal lifestyle and real estate collide by representing Santa Barbara and Ventura County. With 18 years of experience in marketing and sales, some of that working for a Fortune 500 company, Stephan is equipped to help clients find their dream home by using creative and innovative approaches. She also specializes in relocation, serving as a primary resource to her clientele.

Laura Darrah is a skilled sales associate who believes in the power of building weath through real estate. Before diving into the family business, Darrah earned a MBA and a Masters in Marketing and then went on to build two multi-million dollar corporations. She got her start flipping homes across Ventura, and has since made a name for herself as a top-notch negotiator and trusted advisor. Fully living the Ventura lifestyle, Darrah enjoys the tight-knit feel, picturesque swells, and charming restaurants and shops. She is constantly keeping tabs on the market and is proud of her integration within the community.

Shanoah Curran is known for her design-eye and unmatched expertise in renovation, marketing and property investments. Ventura County born and raised, she has deep rooted local knowledge and longstanding relationships throughout the community. Bringing a hands-on approach to real estate, Curran provides concierge-style service for her clients and ensures she understands each client’s specific needs and wants.
