Welcoming Jessica Judd to the LIV Team

LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to welcome Jess Judd, a well-known real estate agent in Ventura County, California, to the team!

Jess has been helping clients buy and sell homes since she was 23 years old. “Customer service is what brought me to the real estate world,” she says. “I’ve been in the industry for some time now, and it has been a huge blessing for my family and me.”

Her passion for her clients is evident in the way she guides them through the real estate experience.

“My favorite part is when they light up about their favorite things in a home,” she says. “Helping them navigate difficult decisions and circumstances is also very fulfilling.”

Jess’s love for the industry is not limited to her work. She enjoys yoga, taking her kids to Disneyland, hiking, camping, and visiting local coffee shops too much.

When it comes to home trends, Judd is a fan of concrete floors. “It’s a unique and modern touch to any home,” she says.

Recently joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Jess is excited about the brand and the “hungry nature of the agents.” She is looking forward to upping her game and being as great as all of them.

Judd has set some goals for the next three months, including revisiting her CRM and trimming it down. She also wants to work on time-blocking her schedule more efficiently and going on an average of three listing presentations a month. With her dedication and hard work, there is no doubt that Judd will achieve her goals and continue to help her clients find their dream homes.
