“I opened my own real estate brokerage in 2009, which was a significant milestone. Selling it in 2013 allowed me to concentrate fully on what I love most – listing and selling for my clients.”
This transition highlights his commitment to delivering the best service to his clients. His impressive track record includes about $100 million in sales and 300 transactions, showcasing his capability to navigate various market conditions.

Beyond his success in sales, Gabe is an avid property investor and a respected voice in real estate, having written a column for a local newspaper with a substantial readership.
“My investment experience allows me to understand sales from both a financial and emotional standpoint,” Gabe explains.

Having lived in Ojai for six years, Gabe is a true local. He enjoys a variety of activities, including cooking, hiking, and pottery. “My family and I have fully embraced the Ojai lifestyle,” he says, reflecting his deep connection to the community.

“The better I’ve gotten at solving someone else’s problem, the happier they are, and in turn, the more successful I become,” he says.
