LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty (LIV SIR) attended the 24th<\/sup> Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference, organized by the Who\u2019s Who in Luxury Real Estate.<\/p>\n

The conference, which was held in Washington D.C., brings together top real estate professionals and speakers from around the world to connect and have discussions on the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry. This year, LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty, who is part of the exclusive Board of Regents for the Who\u2019s Who in Luxury Real Estate, was well represented at the event with three agents receiving awards and the firm\u2019s senior vice president, marketing & communications, Kristen Muller, leading a panel discussion geared toward real estate marketing best practices and communication strategies.<\/p>\n

LIV SIR is proud to represent Who\u2019s Who in Luxury Real Estate as the exclusive Board of Regents member in Ventura, Ojai, Camarillo, Oxnard, Santa Barbara and Montecito. The firm\u2019s California offices were invited to join the Board of Regents, which is the governing body of the Who\u2019s Who in Luxury Real Estate, in September of this year. Regents are invited to become members based on their experience and expertise within the luxury real estate sector in their market areas. The esteemed group of global real estate advisors meets several times per year to share information, discuss best practices, and create relationships that enable them to provide resources to their clients anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n

LIV SIR was awarded The Master Networker Award for the outstanding presence and participation within the Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents network. Three LIV SIR Colorado-based agents were also recognized at the event for their outstanding work. Tye Stockton of Vail, Colorado was inducted into Luxury Real Estate\u2019s Billionaire\u2019s Club for having sold at least $1 billion in real estate throughout his career. Two other LIV SIR agents from Vail Valley, Malia Cox Nobrega and Barbara Scrivens, were presented an award for the significant sale of Via La Favorita<\/em>, a home in Edwards, Colorado which sold for $15,454,000.<\/p>\n
