According to LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty\u2019s monthly market reports<\/a> for August, home listings in Ventura on average are selling for slightly less than last month compared to last month ($606,341 August 2019\u00a0 vs. $625,472 in July 2019). This might mean better deals on Ventura homes for buyers as we head into fall.<\/p>\n

For Ojai home sellers, you\u2019re in luck! The average prices for sold listings in Ojai have been trending upwards. Due to a higher demand for homes in these areas, buyers were willing to pay an average of\u00a0$883,193 in August 2019 for their desired properties.<\/p>\n
