Let’s get to know you! Tell us a little bit about your professional background, area of expertise, and your personal life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nBorn and raised in Michigan in an architect-designed home by Alden B. Dow. Design became part of my vocabulary with parents that appreciated architecture, art, form, and the beauty of nature.<\/p>\n

I went from majoring in art,working as an artist to raising a family in Vermont,and\u00a0 eventually starting my real estate career. Properties I sold were often over 150 years old with large acreage which called for a lot of stamina and resourcefulness. Having worked in the Denver Metro market for 20+ years and am now growing my business by being dual licensed in California and Colorado. I have deep roots in the Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, and look forward to helping clients with the acquisition and sale of properties in both states. Not only did my grandparents build a home in the 50s in Montecito, my mother opened a wine shop in Santa Barbara, and my daughter and her family live in the Ojai Valley.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t

What do you do for fun, outside of work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nI really mix it up between participating in cultural events and getting outdoors to play. I love visiting museums, galleries, theater, and live music. I am a new fan of opera. You can also find me cycling in mountains and along the coast, skiing, hiking, and doing yoga.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t

What\u2019s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nMy favorite part is the moment I receive that initial call when they want to buy and sell. I get such a rush knowing that I am going to be involved in their goal, and the big change in their life to come. I enjoy delving into what they need from me to reach their mission and finding out what extra resources they need and how I can provide those. It’s pretty cool when you realize our job is to help someone achieve their dream.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t

What\u2019s your favorite home trend right now?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nI am a born and raised mid-century modern style person. It’s in my DNA! I do like the scadni\/japondi mix up. I find it tranquil with a focus on special elements, furniture, and pieces. So, I guess you could say I appreciate minimalism.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t
