New homeowners and longtime local business owners, JR and Rita Luna recently purchased their very own French Country, \u201cDream Home,\u201d with the help of Ren<\/a> and Victoria Adam<\/a> of the ASK team with LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty.<\/p>\n

Accompanied by rich family history, JR Luna came to live in the United States at the early age of eleven. Originally from Mexicali, Mexico, he moved in with his grandparents and uncle in Oxnard, California where he would eventually build a flourishing life for himself. During his succeeding academic years, he attended Channel Islands High School and later found an interest in the business and mechanical industries, while eventually enrolling in a business management program at Phoenix University.<\/p>\n

Eager to succeed, JR attended business classes at night while working his day job at Walmart, where he met his wife Rita, who equally matched his passion and drive to achieve the success they both dreamed of. Soon after meeting they purchased their first home together, which JR said, \u201cwas the catalyst for our future success.\u201d<\/p>\n

Years later in 2006, the Lunas decided to undertake their own automotive business, spurred by seeing an ad in the newspaper. Furthermore, as thriving business owners of Concours Motors, they subsequently purchased the commercial space in 2012 where they remain today located at 2237 North Thompson Boulevard in Ventura, California.<\/p>\n

Since then, they have sent their two sons through college and have purchased several other automotive repair businesses including Ojai Valley Imports, which the ASK Real Estate Team was instrumental in facilitating; comprised of Ren and Victoria Adam and their partners Teresa Smith and Bob Kemper with LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty of Ojai.<\/p>\n

Shortly after the purchase of Ojai Valley Imports, the Lunas decided it was time to move from their Oxnard home to find something larger, resulting in the onset of their home search which inevitably led them back to their growing relationship with Ren and Victoria Adam of the ASK Real Estate Team. The purchase of their previous business established the relationship and the trust needed to successfully find the Lunas the home of their dreams.<\/p>\n

Soon after they discovered their lifelong home near the South Mountain in Santa Paula nestled on 6.11 acres of citrus and avocado groves comprising of almost 7,000 square-feet. This exquisite French Country home features five bedrooms, and six baths; coupled with inspirational stunning views, an expansive pool and grounds, a putting green, guest house and more. It is truly their \u201cforever home.\u201d New homeowner Rita said, \u201cWe fell in love with the peace and quiet and are really looking forward to sharing the home with family and friends during the holidays.\u201d<\/p>\n
