At LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/a>, our people make the difference and we are excited to expand the team with the newest addition of real estate professional, Amber Mulligan.<\/p>\n

As a young Ventura native, Amber was fortunate enough to grow up in the Ventura Keys where she enjoyed the harbor and beach in her backyard. Though her childhood and early adult life, Amber spent her days either on the beach or on the soccer field as the captain of the local Elite Club National League soccer team, which took her across the United States playing the best teams in the nation while she completed her psychology degree. Her background in competitive sports coupled with her education instilled a strong work ethic, organization and grit in her, which she has carried into her real estate career.<\/p>\n

Now a licensed agent, Amber is excited to be teaming with her mother, long-time top producing Realtor\u00ae, Gwen Mulligan, and she is looking forward to providing a new level of exceptional service to the buyers and sellers of Ventura County.<\/p>\n

Thank you for sitting down with us and we’re excited to have you on the team! Can you tell me a little about yourself, your career and why you decided to get into real estate in Ventura?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nI am a born and raised Ventura native! I have been fortunate enough to grow up in the Ventura Keys where I was able to enjoy the harbor in my backyard and be just a short walk to the beach.<\/p>\n

Growing up, I was either on the beach or the soccer field. I was captain of my Elite Club National League soccer team, which took me all over the United States playing the best teams in the nation. I continued my soccer career in college while obtaining a psychology degree. Playing soccer all those years taught me a strong work ethic, punctuality, organization and grit. I am thankful for those years and I will be bringing those skills with me into my real estate journey.<\/p>\n

Professionally, I have worked in the service industry pouring wine for a local tasting room in Ojai. I have also worked in dog care assisting families with house sitting, dog walking and training.<\/p>\n

I decided to get my real estate license because I was inspired by my mom who has been an agent 20+ years now. I am very excited to follow in her footsteps and apply first hand what I have seen her do over the years.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We can’t wait to see what you and Gwen do together! What about your personal life? What do you do for fun, outside of work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nFor fun, I take advantage of our amazing Southern California climate and spend most of my time outdoors being active. I really enjoy running on the beach, walking my dogs, hiking with family and friends and traveling when given the opportunity.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What excites you most about joining LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nI am overjoyed to be starting my real estate career with such a professional, all-star team through LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. I look forward to serving my clients by providing them an elevated real estate experience and helping them reach their goals.
