This week we sat down with Jason to learn more about him and why he joined the LIV family.

Meet Jason Franey, a licensed full-time Realtor® and Broker with a focus on fix-and-flip, property renovation, and real estate investor relations and investments.
Before entering the real estate business, Jason served in the Marine Corps, attended college to study psychology and real estate for 6 years, and worked in the food and beverage industry. He says, “I learned how to lead and train people, and I gained an understanding of the processes of the service industry.”
Jason credits much of his professional drive and success to his family and his work-life balance.
“I’m married to an amazing woman, Heather, who works in the pharmaceutical-science world, we have two sons, Duncan and August, that attend Ventura schools and both enjoy Club soccer, club water polo, and flag football.” They often spend their free time together, enjoying activities such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and camping.
With over 16 years in the real estate industry, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and service experience to the table. “Over the course of my career, I’ve found a focus on fix-and-flip, property renovation, real estate investor relations, and investments.”
When asked about his favorite part of guiding clients through the real estate experience, Jason says,
“I love when we have a clear plan going into a real estate transaction and executing the plan. Clients understand the expectation, and the plan follows through accordingly. Clients leave happy, refer friends and family and then become friends as well.”
Regarding his favorite home trend, Jason says it’s all about clean lines.
“Minimal, clean, whites and brights, floating shelves, low maintenance landscape upgrades. Beauty in simplicity,” he says.
Jason is excited about joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, as he looks forward to “synergizing with amazing agents in the office and stepping up my business to align with the Sotheby’s brand.” He notes, “What excites me most about joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is all the marketing and support that the company brings.”
