This week we sat down with Elizabeth to learn more about her and why she joined the LIV family.

Meet Elizabeth, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s newest Realtor®. Elizabeth was born and raised in Oak View and is the 3rd generation of her family to live in the Ojai Valley. In 2015, she embarked on an entrepreneurial path by launching her own company, Noble Estates. Her husband also owns his own business in the Ojai Valley, known as Full Throttle Motorsport. She is an active member of her community and donates her time to the welfare of others. She is now utilizing her white-glove service skills in the realm of real estate.
“I am excited to embark on this journey working alongside Ojai experts Nora Davis and Anne Palmquist,” says Elizabeth.
Elizabeth’s impressive educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Art from the California State University Channel Islands. She graduated with high honors, cementing her membership in the Gamma Betta Psi and Psi Chi honor societies.
A champion of community service, Elizabeth donates her time generously. She serves on the Oak View Advisory Committee, is an active member of the Oak View Women’s Club. She has previously held several leadership roles in community organizations, including the Oak View Civic Council and Sunset PTA.
If you ask her about the best part of her job, she’ll tell you it’s handing over the keys! She finds immense joy in helping clients reach their goals at any point in their home search.

When she’s not busy navigating the intricate world of real estate, she loves to spend her time outdoors. Camping, riding dirt bikes, going to the beach, and photography are some of her favorite activities.
“I love to spend time with my family and be outdoors” says Elizabeth.
When asked about home trends in real estate, Elizabeth is a big fan of the modern farmhouse home trend with its clean lines and neutral colors.
