On July 29, 2024, agents from LIV Sotheby’s International Realty teamed up with the Community Outreach Center in Ventura for a back-to-school fundraiser. Spearheaded by agent Jeff Belzer, the event focused on easing the financial burden many families face as the new school year approaches.

More than 500 children from The Avenue area received essential items, including new shoes, backpacks, school supplies, and haircuts. For many families, the cost of preparing for the school year can be overwhelming, making this event a critical source of support.

Agents Jeff Belzer, Kevin Givner, Juliana Lisheski, Madison Archambeault, Anna Stephan, Deborah Downey, Ignacio Anzaldo, and Larry Krogh, along with several other team members, were proud to contribute their time and energy to this cause. Their participation reflects our company’s commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
