As of January 2018, the former GP Real Estate Co., transitioned to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, a lifestyleoriented brokerage that is part of the esteemed Sotheby’s International Realty brand. This office represents LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s new presence in Southern California, with plans to expand throughout Ventura County.
