Sean O’Toole, a Ventura native with over 20 years of real estate experience, specializes in luxury, coastal, and investment properties throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. With a degree in Business Economics with emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a professional background in market analysis and asset strategy, Sean is recognized for delivering precise, value-driven guidance across a wide range of property types.
